KETO Fat Bomb

Fat is an important nutrient in any weight maintenance program, and in life. Here is a no bake way to enjoy dessert and fat at the same time! Measure to your liking; its not necessary to be exact and there are so many options you can think of.
I used powdered peanut butter; cocoa flavor (PB2) Mixed into regular cream cheese, a touch of Swerve or Stevia, and rolled in crushed macadamia nuts!

Ready to cook Pizza Crust – CauliPower

I found this brand at our local store, HEB, perhaps you can find. Whole foods has a different one, as does Trader Joes. Thus far – this is my fav. Closest to actual pizza crust.

I use pesto as the sauce, and add whatever is in fridge. In this case: Pesto base, chopped tomato, hamburger patty, and a couple different cheeses.

I always, even though none of these say to do so, I ALWAYS Pre-Bake the crust to ensure crispy.

Dukan Diet – Southwest Eggbeater

Southwest Eggbeater

1 c. Southwest Eggbeater
1 slice turkey bacon
1 T. Mozzarella or low fat cheddar cheese (shredded)
Olive oil cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350
Lightly spray with olive oil a one cup fondue dish.
Cut the turkey bacon slice in half and lay in the dish.
Pour the Eggbeater in and bake for 20-25 minutes, egg will rise when ready.
Remove from oven and Sprinkle with 1T of shredded cheese.
