In Defense of Food

The title of this blog post is the title of book I recommend you all read. No, it’s not a diet book geared toward weight loss (that book I will post about next week). It’s a book about the human condition as result of processing, bad science, fast food, and our common sense taking a back seat to pundits and marketing ploys causing a rise in obesity and related illnesses. The author is Michael Pollan; go ahead and google the book and the author. I think you will find it a fascinating, interesting and educating read, and hopefully an eye opener to better health.
